As I was passing by on Saturday, I saw a man and his son out in their garden, at the base of this windmill...decided I would stop and ask permission to photograph it. He explained to me that it is a working windmill and he used it to water his garden. He removed the PVC pipe going out toward the garden so that I could feel how cold the water was and It was COLD!
